Graham dos Santos

Director, Investment Banking

Graham dos Santos advises on a diverse array of mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital market transactions. His specialities include financial institutions, retirement, industrials and technology.

Notable transactions include advising Commonwealth Bank of Australia on the sale of Sovereign Assurance; advising on the investment by Blackstone into Partners Life; advising Heartland Bank on the acquisition of the home equity release mortgage portfolios of Sentinel and ASF; and advising Fletcher Building on the sale of its Australian quarry businesses. In addition Graham has also advised on a number of IPOs including Oceania Healthcare and EROAD.

Before joining Jarden in 2013, Graham worked in corporate finance at PwC specialising in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and strategy.

He enjoys working across a wide range of deals and gaining insights into different businesses and industries.

Graham has a BE(Hons) and a BCom (Finance & Economics) from the University of Auckland, and is a CFA® Charterholder. In the weekends, he enjoys hiking and getting outdoors.
