With almost 30 years’ experience in financial services, Bryan Shepherd draws on his broad knowledge to advise private clients on how to protect and grow their wealth in a dynamic market.
Since joining Jarden in 2016, Bryan has played an active role in growing Jarden’s business in Wellington and the Wairarapa, including organising large client events and functions. He previously worked as an investment adviser at Macquarie Capital, as a Private Banker with BNZ, and has expertise in securities, trustee and estate planning and taxation.
A proud Wellingtonian, Bryan enjoys working with a variety of clients from individuals to Iwi, charities and community trusts. He is an active member of the Wairarapa Chamber of Commerce, a trustee of the Karori Community Hall Trust, and regularly attends professional development events at the Wellington Accountants Society. He has been involved in sporting boards, as well as coaching swimming, football and cricket, and when he has an ounce of spare time, enjoys cycling the capital’s hills and getting out in the garden.
Bryan has a BBS/ BA and a GDip in Business Studies/ Financial Planning from Massey University. He is a NZX Adviser and a Certified Financial Planner.
