Aaron McGrath says providing a great client experience is a bit like caring for a classic car: listen carefully, implement the right parts and processes, and take care of all the details for a smooth and comfortable ride.
Aaron leads the client experience team for Direct and believes online investing should be easy, intuitive and accessible to everyone. Aaron and his team are committed to taking action on client feedback and working closely with Jarden’s digital team to develop innovative digital solutions for an outstanding online investing experience.
Aaron also leads Jarden’s centre of excellence team for client on-boarding, with a mission to standardise processes across the firm, build on expertise and prepare for future growth.
Prior to joining Jarden, Aaron worked in various operations roles at ANZ Bank and ANZ New Zealand Securities for almost two decades, gaining expertise in equity and fixed interest settlements, digital on-boarding and client service.
Born in Northern Ireland but raised in New Zealand, Aaron is adept at translating strong Irish accents into the Kiwi vernacular. Outside the office you’ll find him studying car magazines or tinkering with classic BMWs and restoring them to their former glory.
