Director, Principal Investments
As Director of Principal Investments, Will enables New Zealand businesses to take advantage of growth opportunities, by providing bespoke, flexible and creative funding solutions designed to meet the needs and goals of the businesses and their shareholders.
Will joined Jarden in 2020, after 8 years with leading global private equity investor Global Infrastructure Partners in Sydney and London, also previously holding roles at Credit Suisse and Jarden in the investment banking division.
He has significant experience in the origination, structuring, execution and management of direct private capital investment, and has also been involved in transactions across a wide range of jurisdictions, partnering with leading global investors. In his role actively managing portfolio companies, Will served as a non-executive director of Pacific National, one of Australia’s largest rail freight businesses.
Will is a member of Jarden’s Principal Investments Investment Committee, and where appropriate, will act as Jarden’s representative on the board of investee companies.
Will has a BA/LLB (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington and an MBA from Oxford University.
