Sharon McKendry

Sharon provides quality advice and trading support to clients ranging from fund managers to high net worth individuals and private investors. 

With more than 15 years of experience in the financial markets, Sharon has extensive and in-depth knowledge of derivatives markets and products. She enjoys helping clients find the best way to express a market view, manage their risk and reach their financial goals.

Sharon joined Jarden after graduating from university, briefly working in the settlements team before moving to the dealing room. She loves the dynamic nature of her work and that there is always something new to learn – including from her clients. 

Outside work, Sharon loves spending time with her husband and two young children, especially outdoors and at the beach. She studied at the University of Auckland, where she earned a BCom in accounting and economics, followed by a BCom (Hons) in economics. She is an NZX Derivatives Adviser.
