Paul leads Jarden’s Auckland foreign exchange desk alongside colleague Phillip Lindberg, where he helps businesses proactively manage and reduce their foreign exchange and business risks with financial market tools. He also helps high net worth individuals with currency speculation, based on both short-term and medium-term currency trends.
With more than 30 years of experience in all areas of the financial markets, Paul has worked with a range of businesses from multinational corporations to SMEs. His advice is based on both fundamental and technical analysis and offers clients an even bias to medium-term trends.
He enjoys the constant flow of challenges in the FX markets and his client-for-life mentality means he always has their best interests in mind. Outside of work, Paul coaches the Auckland under-15 premier girls basketball team and enjoys darts, fishing, and getting away to his beach house.
Paul is an NZX Derivatives Adviser. He has previously worked at the Royal Bank of Canada in London, Citibank in Dublin and Commerzbank in Frankfurt.
