Callum Gordon
Director, Head of Prime Services
Callum is responsible for developing and building out Jarden’s expertise in Prime, which includes prime financing, equity financing, and alternative trading strategies. He joined Jarden in 2017, initially working across several projects and initiatives across the firm.
With a client-centric approach and extensive multi-product experience in Asian and global markets, Callum brings long standing relationships across a diverse client base. This covers hedge funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and custodial lenders. Callum enjoys the process of looking at all angles to any one particular trade, and finding how to extract the best possible client outcome. He is continually looking to develop the local market by bringing various market access strategies and solutions to clients.
Before starting at Jarden, Callum spent more than 12 years at Credit Suisse in Sydney and Singapore. He was a Senior Trader on the Prime Services desk in Sydney, before moving to Asia and establishing the Singapore desk. Callum traded twelve APAC markets, covering predominantly Asian based hedge funds. He began his financial career as an Analyst at BT Financial Group, in Sydney.
Outside of the office, Callum can be found working on his golf, and spending time with his young family. He holds a BBS (Massey University), and MBA (Edinburgh Business School).
