Leigh Francis

Office Manager & Head of Reception

Leigh Francis leads a team of receptionists across the Auckland and Wellington offices, who work together to ensure all clients receive an exceptional experience that aligns with Jarden’s values and mission.

Leigh also manages a host of responsibilities across all departments of the Wellington office, helping out wherever she can, making a difference and ensuring her colleagues are well looked after. She enjoys working with a great team and contributing to a variety of projects across the business, including the refurbishment of the Wellington office and assisting with the acquisition of Direct Broking.

Prior to joining Jarden in 2015, Leigh had two decades’ experience in office and business management, including managing a natural health clinic, and establishing and leading a successful family business.
