Since joining Jarden at the start of 2017, Jack Driscoll has worked in the investment banking team with a primary focus on M&A roles for a range of New Zealand and international companies. His experience includes advising BGH Capital on the acquisition of Abano Healthcare, Commonwealth Bank of Australia on the divestment of Aegis, Auckland Airport on the divestment of its stake in North Queensland Airports and PGG Wrightson of the divestment of PGG Wrightson Seeds.
Jack has also worked on various capital market transactions including Goodman Property Trust’s 2019 Equity Raise and Synlait Milk’s Subordinated Bond.
Jack has a BSc(Mathematics & Economics)/LLB from the University of Otago, including a year of study at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a lifelong supporter, however mistakenly, of the mighty New Zealand Warriors.
