Andrew Austin

Wealth Management Adviser

Andrew Austin works with charities, school foundations, high net worth individuals, family trusts and individual investors to manage their personalised investment portfolios.

Andrew joined Jarden’s wealth management team in 2012, after three years with niche financial services provider Medical Assurance Society (MAS), where he advised their network of professional members in all areas of investments, finance and insurance. He previously worked in operations and strategy for a subsidiary of ANZ Bank.

Andrew finds assisting the charitable sector a particularly rewarding aspect of his work and after hours, he volunteers on several charitable boards. He is the chair of Wellington Rotary Charitable Trust and a trustee for the Christine Taylor Mental Health Foundation.

He has a BCom (Management) from the University of Canterbury, is an Authorised Financial Adviser, an NZX Adviser and a member of the Institute of Directors. Andrew is also an avid cricket fan and when he’s not spending time with his young family, he enjoys off-road running.
