Deborah joined Jarden’s investment banking team in 2017 and has assisted on several high profile merger and acquisition transactions, including the successful takeover of NZ Oil & Gas by OG Oil and Gas, the purchase of Hellers and the sale of TRG Imaging to Waterman Capital.
Since joining Jarden in 2017, Jack Driscoll has worked as an analyst in the investment banking team with a primary focus on merger and acquisitions roles for a range of New Zealand and international companies.
Jack Manning joined Jarden in 2017. He works with corporate clients in an analytical valuation and advisory role, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and other general advisory work.
Justin joined Jarden in 2015 and has since worked on a variety of transactions, including the sales of Simcro; Air New Zealand’s stake in Virgin Australia; Auckland International Airport’s stake in North Queensland Airports; PGW’s Seed & Grain division; and Tip Top, on behalf of Fonterra.
