About the role

With upcoming new product releases and countless new features in the pipeline, this role will be packed full of advanced design challenges. You will act as the sole designer in one of Jarden’s agile scrum teams to deliver meaningful experiences.

In this role you will
  • Gather and evaluate user research in collaboration with your scrum team
  • Facilitate the process of testing, experimenting, and iterating on concepts with users
  • Undertake research and design methodology to inform design decisions
  • Define and optimise the user experience related to core functionality and new features.
  • Communicate across teams and businesses to design thoughtfully and with purpose.
  • Create high fidelity intuitive experiences for developers to implement while developing and maintaining consistency across the various Jarden products. 
  • Maintain visual and brand consistency throughout the product experience
Ideally, you will have...
  • 3+ years UX design experience
  • Experience with User Research, UX flows, Interaction and Visual Design, Wireframing and Prototyping, User Testing
  • Experience in Human Centred Design
  • Strong communication/facilitation skills - an ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with Design Systems
